We deliver the bike to your requesting place around Kawaguchiko Lake in Mt.
Fuji. We can deliver to your hotel, train station, bus terminal, wherever
convinient for you. We do not have shop that you can walk in, you need to
book the bike and tell us your pick up location and time. You can pick
up and drop off bike at Shimoyoshida
station with no delivery charge. We charge JPY 500 per group
to deliver bike, and JPY 500 per group to pick up bike, for the places other
than Shimoyoshida station.
We are open 9:00am - 6:00pm.

This is not 24 hours system. If you rent bike at 2:00pm and return it next day at 2:00pm, you need to pay for2 days. We are open 9:00am - 6:00pm.
<Delivery charge>
You can pick up and drop off bike at Shimoyoshida station with no delivery charge. We charge JPY 500 per group to deliver bike, and JPY 500 per group to pick up bike, for the place other than Shimoyoshida station.
Example1) Pick up and drop off 2 Hybrid bikes at Kawaguchiko station →JPY
4,000 x 2 bikes + delivery charge JPY 1,000 = JPY 9,000
Example2) Pick up 2 Hybrid bikes at Kawaguchiko station, drop off at Shimoyoshida station →JPY 4,000 x 2 bikes + delivery charge JPY 500 = JPY 8,500
Example3) Pick up and drop off 2 Hybrid bikes at Shimoyoshida station →JPY
4,000 x 2 bikes = JPY 8,000

We require your ID shown when you pick up bike.
Our staff helps you finding nice restaurant, cafe, and best cycling route
for you on the day. We will help you on the phone if you have any problem
on the bicycle.
* Free of charge: cancellation before 6:00pm on previous day
* 100% charge: cancellation on the day
* If it will be bad weather on the day, please cancel by 6:00pm on previous
day.
* If you are late more than 1 hour, your booking will be cancelled and we
charge 100% of price.
* You are responsible for any damage or loss of the bicycle and equipment. We charge you up to JPY 30,000 for the damage.
